THE SAINTS The Elemental founded this group after years of putting up with watching their people fall into the shadows of Humans. This group does not only consist of Elemental, but of Gifted who also support what they are fighting for. The Saints believe that Humans have oppressed their kind because of all the killings that they've done in the past that caused them to go into hiding in the first place. The Saints have been around for about 12 years, biding their time to recruit enough firepower to initiate a successful takeover. They are rarely merciful, killing anyone who tries to get in the way of their causes, even if that includes other Elemental or Gifted. It's considered a betrayal to their race and they hold even less of a tolerance of those of their same species than humans. CRISIS CORE When The Saints began making a name for themselves to the Gifted, there were those who for some reason, didn't agree with their beliefs. Those who wanted to actively oppose them went to humans for help, more specifically, the Government. They managed to form an alliance with the government and it's people, calling themselves CRISIS CORE. This group consists mostly of Humans and Gifted, though there may be an Elemental or two that turns a new leaf, though anyone with abilities at watched very carefully, especially if they are new recruits. One of the main goals of this group that keeps them together in an organized and peaceful fashion is the want for ability-bearing beings to stay in concealment and under low profile so that the general population will never know that they exist. THE ROGUES The "pacifists". They know good and well what's going on behind the scenes of everyday life and yet they refuse to fight for either sides for whatever reason that may be. Rogues always have to be careful though, as they are usually antagonized by both sides of the war. They constantly have Saints and Crisis Core harassing them like rats and roaches and are considered technical enemies of both sides. Rogues are anyone who knows about the two opposing forces. That includes Elemental, Gifted and Humans alike. THE CIVILIANS The general public that go about their lives from day to day. They don't know anything about the impending civil war and abnormal casualties and phenomenons are always covered up by government excuses and explanations. Any Elemental or Gifted in this category most likely don't even know that they aren't normal humans or if they do, they are completely ignorant of anything that has to do with their origins or that there are others like them.
