THE ORIGINS Pure-blooded beings that have been touched with the ability to control the elements. Elemental were first discovered in the 1980's though they've existed for thousands of years, hidden in plain sight of humans. They are known to control the four basic Elements: Earth Air Fire and Water. They are stronger, more adept for living and smarter than the average human. THE PHYSICAL As said before, Elemental are stronger, faster and live longer than humans and Gifteds, but there are also other ways to distinguish an Elemental from humans and Gifteds. One of those distinguishable features is a birthmark usually found on the wrist of an Elemental. It is said that when the child is conceived, they are blessed by the maker with the elements they will control. Depending on their dominant elements, one of these four markings will be found on the skin of the Elemental. THE GIFT INHERITANCE Pure blooded Elemental will always inherit their gifts from their parents. What the child will have all depends on their mother and father's element and sub element. For example, if the mother and father both have the same element and sub element (if both are Fire/Water Elemental) the child will definitely carry their parents elements. If the parents are different (if the mother is a Fire/Water and the father is an Earth/Wind) the child will inherit the most dominant elements (Earth is the most dominant element along with Wind so the child will most likely be an Earth/Wind Elemental) There are also possibilities of the child becoming any other combination of it's parents elements, though it is usually rarer for the recessive element to surpass the dominant (in order for the child to become an Earth/Fire or a Wind/Water etc.)

They were discovered by humans in the early 1770's and had since been mistaken as magicians, witches and gypsies of all sorts. While they are much weaker than Elemental in all ways of the word, they have a unique D.N.A that allows them to mix and match abilities and traits to make them extremely adaptable and fit for survival. While it is harder for them to grasp control of the basic elements in their raw states, Gifted can naturally harness what the average Elemental would not be able to harness without vigorous and long-term training; such as the ability to control smoke, metal and/or technology. THE PHYSICAL A Gifted, unlike an Elemental, has no distinguishing feature or birthmark for their elements. They simply just look like everyday humans. There are many who get tattoos as a tribute to their elements or who physically altercate themselves in other ways to distinguish themselves, but nothing is put on them naturally. THE GIFT INHERITANCE Though they may not be "blessed" physically in acknowledgement of what they are, Gifted certainly are known for what they are capable of. Unlike Elemental, who are born with the natural gift to control the four basic elements, Gifted go a different route and can have the most intricate weave of abilities. They can control ice without having to master water, or manipulate metal without having any inkling of how to control Earth. This comes from missing the part of their DNA that basic elements need to assert themselves in a gifted being. Think of it as a similarity of what separates a dog from a wolf and one breed of dog from the other.

THE ORIGINS Legends tell of an Elemental with the natural ability to control all elements from birth. It is said that a Supreme Being was the cause for various phenomenal extinctions. These beings have many names by those who have seen them: Gods, Devils, Mother Nature etc. Elemental believe that only one Supreme being is born at once and to the strongest lineage existing in that day and age. There is said to be a certain way to distinguish the Supreme Being, however, they are hidden by protectors.mSaid to be the perfect creature with unnatural beauty. The Supreme Being has a radiance that leaves them irresistible. They are both strong and fragile. There is no telling when a supreme being is born or who it will be born from. While others may eventually learn to control all elements, the Supreme Being is born with this gift. They are said to be able to destroy or create a world, and are loved and feared by the earth itself.
